There is no minimum order quantity. We accept small runs and single-team orders through DTF printing, and scale up to bulk corporate and uniform programmes. For silkscreen or embroidery, larger volumes simply reduce the per-piece cost. They are not a requirement to order. Tell us your quantity and we will recommend the most cost-effective method.

Standard production runs 7 to 14 working days after artwork approval, depending on garment availability and order size. Cross-border delivery to Singapore typically adds 3 to 5 working days via courier from our Selangor facility, subject to customs clearance. Share your event or required arrival date at the start so we can confirm an order-specific schedule and advise on express options if needed.

Delivery is charged according to the courier and the destination region. Cross-border couriers carry different rates, and bulk orders are consolidated to keep freight down. Your quotation will show delivery clearly, either included or as a separate line, so you always know the total delivered cost before confirming.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, and high-resolution PNG or JPG at minimum 300 DPI. Vector files are preferred for logos, text, and any design that needs clean scaling. If you only have a low-resolution image or a photo of an existing uniform, send it anyway. Our team will advise whether it can be redrawn or vectorised before production.

We accept bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), online transfer, and FPX. For corporate and large volume orders, we accept Purchase Orders (PO) with formal invoicing. Payment terms are confirmed in writing on your quotation.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup or proof for approval before production starts. Physical pre-production samples are available on request. A sample charge applies and is credited against your bulk order. For uniform programmes, we can also arrange fabric swatches so you can confirm material, weight, and colour before committing.
